ISKF Membership Forms     Dan Registration Forms

Each ISKF Manitoba member is automatically a member of ISKF Canada and ISKF(the international body). As such a portion of the membership
fees paid to ISKF Manitoba are forwarded to ISKF Canada and ISKF.

Each member Dojo of ISKF Manitoba has it's own membership fee structure and requirements
contact the individual dojo to find their fee dojo info

Please remember to include proper payment when submitting the forms to your Sensei

Requirements for Dan Testing

• Must have attended the last four Seminars (a Camp may count as a Seminar)
• Must have permission of their Sensei
• Must have fighting gloves and mouthpiece
• Three (3) copies Dan Registration form, must be typed and signed by student (regardless of age)
• Two (2) passport pictures - colour or black & white
• Dan registration fee - US CASH
• Dan testing fee - US CASH
• Seminar fee
• Rank record (testing sheet supplied by Sensei)
• It is mandatory to take the Seminar before examination

Please allow eighteen months before you receive your Dan Certificate
